OUR SERVICES
GENERAL PRACTITIONER SERVICES
We have weekly appointments with the local General Practitioner who is only a couple of minutes from our facility. Also, the GP visits our facilities on a regular basis to review all our resident’s health status.
HEALTH SERVICES
We are also supported by specialists from the Taranaki District Health Board and the Te Rangimaire Hospice.
DIVERSIONAL THERAPIST/ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR
We currently have an activities coordinator, Mel, who is on the pathway to become a qualified Diversional Therapist, who prepares leisure and recreational programmes for our residents. Improving our resident’s quality of life is our coordinator’s priority, therefore each individual resident has their programme designed by our team to suit their abilities.
HAIRDRESSER
The hair dresser visits regularly, appointments can be made at our office. There is a charge for this service.
PODIATRIST
The podiatrist visits our facility regularly, appointments are made at our office. There is a charge for this service.
