Compassionate and dignified End of Life Care: specialised comfort cares in conjunction with individual and family wishes, and in liaison with a GP and the Hospice.
REST HOME LEVEL CARE
Rest Home Level Care is suitable for families who are looking for a long term stay facility for their loved one. The level of care is designed for an elderly person who is independent, but at times, require supervision and assistance with their day to day living. Long term stay incorporates a full activity programme personally devised by our team, encouraging social interaction as well as individualised programmes.
RESPITE/REHABILITATION CARE
Respite care is ideal for anyone recovering from surgery, illness or accident and need assistance for normal daily activities over a short term until they are ready and able to return home and look after themselves. Also, as a carer you might need a break for your own well-being, to recharge your batteries on a holiday or family event, which means you can’t provide the care you normally would to someone.
YOUNG PERSONS DISABILITY CARE
We offer the YPD level care, (Young People with Disability). YPD is a level of care for residents under the age of 65, catering to physical disabled, psychological disabled, and terminally ill residents.
DAY CARE SERVICES
The Cottage welcomes people to join us for morning tea, participate in our entertaining Activities Programme both before and after lunch, then return home around 2.30pm. This can be on a daily or casual basis and transport can be provided if required.
MEALS ON WHEELS
The same nutritious, prepared and cooked at the Cottage, the two-course meal served to our Residents have at lunchtime. Delivered hot to your home at noon Monday-Friday (except Public Holidays). For more information on the type of care we can provide, please feel free to contact us.
